With decades of experience caring for patients of all ages, Dr. Wolfe specializes in both medical dermatology and skin cancer care, with expertise in complex inflammatory and autoimmune skin conditions. Patients value his thorough, unhurried approach and his commitment to ensuring every individual fully understands their diagnosis and treatment options.

Dr. Wolfe believes that exceptional dermatologic care begins with listening. He takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns, goals, and lifestyle, creating treatment plans that are both medically advanced and personally meaningful. His practice combines academic-level expertise with the warmth and accessibility of a community physician.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Wolfe has been deeply involved in advancing dermatology through research and education. In 1997, he founded the research center at Dermatology Associates of Plymouth Meeting, where ongoing clinical studies have helped expand treatment options for conditions such as psoriasis, alopecia, vitiligo, and atopic dermatitis. He has authored numerous scientific publications, lectures nationally, serves on medical advisory boards, and was an Associate Editor of Practical Dermatology.

Dr. Wolfe completed his undergraduate education at the University of Rochester and earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed residencies in Internal Medicine at Cornell University and Dermatology & Cutaneous Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania, serving as Chief Resident. He later directed the Pigmented Lesion Group at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in melanoma care.
